CentrixBook is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we offer a refund policy as outlined below.

2. Trial Period

All new accounts start with a free trial period. During this period, you can use all features without charge. No refund is necessary as the service is completely free during the trial period.

3. Paid Subscriptions - Money-Back Guarantee

If you upgrade to a paid subscription and are not satisfied with CentrixBook within the first 14 days of your subscription, we will refund 100% of your subscription fee. No questions asked.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please:

  • Contact our support team at support@centrixbook.com
  • Provide your account email and subscription details
  • Clearly state your reason for the refund request
  • Submit your request within 14 days of your purchase

5. Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Renewals of existing subscriptions (only applicable within 14 days of initial purchase)
  • Accounts with violations of our Terms of Service
  • Accounts used to test or manipulate our service
  • Subscriptions purchased more than 14 days ago

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

7. Account Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you can do so at any time from your account settings. Your access will be terminated at the end of your billing cycle.
